MEET ARABELLA

The heart behind Arabella's

Born and raised in Lanzarote, I’m an island hopping, vegetarian beach baby and devoted dog mum who loves to bust a move on the dance floor and make the most of every moment.

I may live on a small island, but travel’s in my blood. I’ve been exploring the world with my family from a young age, lucky to see different ways of life and meet so many wonderful people. My travels inspired me to team up with Andrei and bring Arabellas At The Marina to life, with the mission of creating a welcoming space which is unlike anything else here on the island, both in style and with our menu.

Being a vegetarian myself, I know how limiting it can be when dining out. We’ve designed a full plant based menu to compliment our fish and meat options, to create a range of dishes which look as good as they taste.

I’m a certified Positive Psychology and Success coach, which means positivity and gratitude are a way of life for me. You’ll find a positive vibe and a welcoming smile whenever you visit Arabella’s At The Marina – I’ll see you there!

MEET ANDREI

The soul of our kitchen

Andrei is well travelled and with his favourite countries including Singapore, Japan and South Korea, it’s no surprise to find a strong Asian influence in his dishes.

Andrei’s real kitchen experience began in his twenties, here on the island in the Santa Rosa Hotel in Costa Teguise. Influenced by different styles and flavours, he ran his own Restaurant Cafe in Arrecife for seven years, becoming well known locally for his passion and use of diverse ingredients.

When creating this restaurant, Andrei had one goal in mind – to use the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients and create delicious meals that everyone could enjoy in a relaxed dining experience.

Andrei often says that people eat with their eyes as much as their bellies. His presentation is as WOW as the flavour, he cooks with pride and with LOVE – as you’ll experience when we welcome you to Arabella’s At The Marina.
